The Basics
Here you will learn the basics of how to breathe properly, the three bodies we possess, what chi is, the Small Heavenly Cycle, Grand Heavenly Cycle, how to properly Root the body, and the basic flow of the chi, along with basic chi building exercises.

Magnetics and Chi
This section tells you how to use magnets to enhance the effects of chi kung and meditation, along with why and how it works.

The Meridians
This section explains and illustrates the Eight (8) Psychic Meridians, and the Twelve (12) Acupuncture Meridians, and how to properly circulate chi through these meridians to nourish the etheric and physical bodies with chi. 

Moving and Standing Chi Kung :Basic Level
In this section, different basic methods of standing and moving chi kung are illustrated and discussed. These exercises are also great for warm up exercises for more advanced moving and standing chi kung forms later on.

Internal Boxing
This section discusses the benefits of learning different forms of internal boxing, such as Hsing-I, Bagua (also called Pa Kua) and Tai Chi Chuan (or Taiji Chuan). References and links to information on study material will be available in this section, as well as any viable instructors available in these arts.

Esoterics and Metaphysics :Basic Level
Here we will speak of the more intangible benefits and abilities gained from practicing chi kung, as well as the crafts involved in making charms, dealing with spirits that have attached themselves to the living, as well as meditations and mantras that open the way to deeper levels of self mastery and inner strength and power. We also will discuss the Taoist Pantheon here.

Healing Arts
This section includes basic forms of herbal remedies, acupressure methods for pain and symptom relief, symptom diagnosis for certain illnesses and their treatments, and using chi to gently energize the meridians in another person.
