Sub-hilt Fighter-Tanto:

Inspired by the design of the legendary knife maker Loveless Knives, comes our own version of the sub-hilt fighting knife, with a Japanese Tanto style blade. Moro Barong:

From the Indonesian islands, comes one of the most feared, and most effective short swords in existence, the Moro Barong. This version has a 14" blade, with a straight spine, rather than the more common leaf shaped blade. Battle tested for hundreds of years, and most recently in the war in Argentina only a few decades ago by the British Ghurka Regiment that wields these lethal instruments, this practice version is outfitted with an 11” blade, and measures at 15.5” in overall length. It is often used as a small utility knife for things such as skinning and de-fleshing small game. This training version has a 3.25” blade, and measures 7.5” overall with the index finger ring, which makes this blade nearly impossible to be removed from your hand! Aluminum Kyoketsu Shoge

This curious looking weapon comes from the shadow and mist filled world of the ellusive ninja. With their penchant for having multiple functions built into one device, this blade is no exception. The long 7" dagger blade is constructed with a protruding 5" hook, effective for climbing, hooking an enemy, or digging and prying wood slats apart to gain entry into the enemy stronghold (NOTE: Aluminum practice version is not suitable for use in climbing practice!). The dagger blade, normally razor sharp in a working model, could be used for sentry removal, an improvised spear head, or filleting out the morning meal in the field. Equipped with a 12' long rope with a heavy rubber ring  or weighted leather pouch (not shown) to simulate the actual steel ring that would be used in entangling and crushing your enemy's hands and weapon, or as a handy fist load for closer in fighting. This reproduction is hand crafted personally by Adam Davis, from annodized 6061 Aircraft Aluminum alloy, with a tight cord wrap around the tang for a secure grip.
